The student properties we manage are few in number and high in quality all exceptionally well equipped with shower rooms in addition to the bathrooms, a minimum of two toilets in the houses. We recognise that our properties should be a home from home and we only work with landlords who work with us in maintaining the homes to the same standard we would expect if we were living in them which means if something breaks you won't be waiting weeks for a repair.
